Place the jewelry in its original velvet box along with all certification cards and the original invoice to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Ship to Boutique
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the tracking number is recorded.
Quality Assessment
Our master jewelers will inspect the returned item for its original condition before we finalize your exchange or issue your store credit within 7 business days.
